today morning run dam tired

i also dunnoe why sia
last week nvr so tired before leh

AFTER THE RUN KENNA LEG PAIN -.- wth
dam wat sia
somemore two legs pain leh

go down stairs like leg cramp like tat lo

today walk dam slow bac home
walk for about 20mins ba
usually walk 10 - 15 mins can reach home liao

but leg cramp plus pain
walk slower

sian

feel like slping nw sia

post finish i go slp liao

XD take nap
hahaha
