today morning run dam tired
i also dunnoe why sia
last week nvr so tired before leh

AFTER THE RUN KENNA LEG PAIN -.- wth

somemore two legs pain leh
go down stairs like leg cramp like tat lo
today walk dam slow bac home
walk for about 20mins ba
usually walk 10 - 15 mins can reach home liao
but leg cramp plus pain
walk slower

feel like slping nw sia
post finish i go slp liao

all nvr go home . wondering at thr de

at the end the library gt no info to wat i want de lo
